01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fobet ("fobet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the fobet website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on fobet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the fobet Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

fobet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the fobet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fobet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by fobet or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

fobet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of fobet services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all fobet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one fobet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fobet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fobet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Verification: fobet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your fobet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before the account is closed. Remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

fobet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your fobet account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• fobet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fobet may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times vary: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your fobet account settings.
• fobet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fobet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fobet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
• fobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• fobet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus was claimed or used in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the fobet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

• fobet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, fobet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. fobet's decision in such matters is final.
• fobet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward other players and fobet staff at all times. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fobet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and fobet's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to fobet immediately. Players who exploit errors rather than reporting them will have winnings forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your fobet account.

08 Responsible Gaming

fobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

09 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fobet Platform without prior written consent from fobet.
• The fobet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of fobet. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to fobet may be used by fobet without obligation or compensation to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fobet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fobet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond fobet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fobet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

fobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the fobet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fobet complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. fobet may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform lawfully.

12 Amendments to These Terms

fobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fobet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fobet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and fobet, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

fobet operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by fobet may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
